"I came in not totally sure what kind..."
I came in not totally sure what kind of dance shoes I needed, and the staff made the whole thing feel easy. They really knew their stuff, but didn’t overwhelm me with too much information. It felt like they actually listened and understood what would work for me, which made the experience feel more personal than just buying a pair of shoes. Super friendly, helpful, it reminded me how much easier things are when you’ve got someone guiding you who really cares.

"Customer service was okay, but I wasn’t totally reassured"
I ordered from Dancing in the Street and ended up having to reach out to customer service over a small issue with my order. They did get back to me eventually, but it took a couple of days and I had to nudge them once, which made me wonder if my message had just been sitting there ignored.
The person who replied was polite enough, and the problem did get fixed in the end, but the whole thing felt a little slower than it should’ve been. Nothing awful happened, but I wouldn’t say it left me feeling super confident either.

Everything showed up the way it was supposed to, and I was just really happy with it. Nothing went wrong, which felt like a big relief. Overall, it just felt right

I ordered a pair of dance shoes from dancinginthestreet.com, i got a little uneasy after paying because I wasn’t totally sure the size chart would be reliable.
I’m usually between sizes, so instead of just guessing, I actually measured my foot and went by their guide. To my surprise, the fit was really good — snug in the right way, not painfully tight, and my heel wasn’t sliding around.
I’ve worn them to class twice now and they still feel comfortable. I was half expecting some hassle after ordering, so it was a relief not having to return them for once.

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered from Dancing in the Street and was surprised by how nice the quality was when it arrived. The fabric feels good, the stitching looks solid, and it definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel some online orders can have.
I’ve used it a few times now and it still looks pretty much new. Overall, I’m happy with my order and would definitely buy from them again.

"Showed up way faster than expected"
I ordered from dancinginthestreet.com and expected to be stuck waiting around, but it got here quicker than I thought. The tracking worked fine too, so I wasn’t left wondering if my order was lost or delayed. Always a relief when you don’t feel like you’re wasting time or risking a package going missing. Happy with how fast everything arrived

"There’s a good range of stuff and lots..."
There’s a good range of stuff and lots to pick from, which is the only reason I didn’t get more annoyed. If anything goes wrong, it feels like it’s on them, because with that much available, it shouldn’t be hard to help customers properly

"Good prices and honestly felt worth it"
I ordered from dancinginthestreet.com after spending a little time checking around on a few other websites, mostly because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying more than I needed to. In the end, their prices just seemed a bit more reasonable for what I was looking for, and it felt like I was getting better value overall. Nothing came across as overpriced or like they were trying to charge too much for basic stuff, which I appreciated.
